En primer lugar, se convocan asambleas y reuniones abiertas para que los ciudadanos presenten sus propuestas de proyectos. Luego, se realiza un proceso de evaluaci\u00f3n y selecci\u00f3n de las propuestas m\u00e1s viables. Finalmente, se lleva a cabo una votaci\u00f3n ciudadana para elegir los proyectos que ser\u00e1n financiados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">El mecanismo de presupuesto participativo inici\u00f3 en el estado de Chihuahua en el a\u00f1o 2010, con la promulgaci\u00f3n de la Ley de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana. Esta ley establece las bases para fomentar la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana en la toma de decisiones y destinar recursos de manera transparente y equitativa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
